This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I'm a Kindergarten teacher at a small rural school in Arkansas. I love when my students are fully engaged in our classroom lessons. This rug will give them a cozy fun environment to learn! My goals for this project is to have it fully funded before the beginning of the 2025 -2026 school year. My students are special because they come from a variety different backgrounds, both cultural and economical!

This rug will provide a comfortable and organized place for my students to learn.

I am looking forward to gathering my students for story-time, calendar, and many other fun, educational activities.
