This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our classroom library is a space that is visited often and daily. Our love of reading definitely shows in the classroom. With new book bins my students will be able to get an update from the previous bins that have been so heavily used this past year. With a wide selection of books across genres, an addition of more book bins will help to organize the books better. I chose the neon green color since it creates a nice calming atmosphere in the classroom. Along with that I am requesting some bean bag chairs to add into my reading corner. Students can cozy up with a good book on a comfy bean bag chair and get lost in the world of reading.
