My Project
Our preschool program is right in the middle of a city and many of our students do not have access to parks or nature for a variety of reasons. We hope to provide these eager young learners with educational toys, science materials, and equipment that will spark their interest and engage them in learning activities. We would like to explore nature both in and out of the classroom, enhancing our science area. We have a range of abilities and needs as our classroom is comprised of typically developing students, neurotypical ones, and many learning English for the first time. All students have strong visual skills so our requested materials play on those strengths. We hope to provide a wonderful, magical experience that turns our students into the next generation of explorers, scientists, and biologists!
