My Project
Teaching littles comes with a lot of hands on activities. We do learning centers during our weekly ELA time. I would love to incorporate iPads so that my kids have a center that allows them to wind down but still doing academics. My goal with the iPads is that it would help give my kids a fun engaging outlet while still learning during centers. I plan to use these iPads to help with phonics skills which is the biggest component we learn in first grade.
By donating to my project you will give my students a fun center to look forward to while not only being engaged, but being engaged with fun learning activities!
I hope that by incorporating these iPads into my classroom they will remember the fun experience they had in my classroom and how much they learned. These iPads will also give my kids an opportunity to not only do fun learning games but will allow them to access our online platform that we use to assess their first grade skills. I have to share a computer cart with my teaching partner so having these iPads will help eliminate having to share all the time!
