My Project

The items that I am requesting with this project are items that will help with our small group Reading time. I am looking to replace our old rug in our classroom with new individual ABC carpets that will be used especially during our Reading block. I would also like to add some new Kindergarten books for our story time.

The rest of the items that I would like, would help with our small group work.

In Kindergarten we are constantly writing on our whiteboards. These new whiteboards will help my little learners, blend and segment words.

I also want to provide my students who might need a brain break in the middle of our lessons, with some hands on activities to give them a break.

I love teaching Kindergarten, because it amazes me to see how far they come in a year. I also love seeing them get excited, when they "get" something that might have been hard for them. Kindergarten really is the best grade!
