This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
We need color pencils for our 600 students in the art room. My students love to draw, we just need the supplies.
I am the art teacher of 600 wonderful students in an urban, public, elementary school.
We are an inner city school and we don't have much of a budget for art supplies. My students love art class and are eager to do some great drawings with color pencils.
My Project
These color pencils will be the tools for my students pre-kindergarten through eighth grade. They will create drawing about their feelings, their dreams, goals and inspirations. Color pencils will give them an opportunity to explore shape, line, texture and volume in their artwork.
With your donation of color pencils we could get to work and make some great art.
My students are eager to make some drawings and learn about shading, texture and color blending. We appreciate your interest in arts for children!
