Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I have a wonderful second grade class of 20 students that love to have control of their learning! Their busy bodies keep them moving around our room, sitting on or under their desk, standing up or laying flat to get their work done. This group of kids likes to move!
I am looking at providing them another flexible seating option in our classroom with a couch, bean bags and small coffee table that they can sit at to.
The lamps would allow some light in order to work with the lights off for a calming environment. This would provide a space where multiple students can sit and read or get work done.
