My Students

I have the opportunity to work with some of the brightest young minds in the world. I strive daily to become the best teacher that I can be and expose them to as much as I can while I can. However, many of our students come from low-income families. My goal is for each of my students this year to become prepared and ready for the next grade level. The challenge is keeping them healthy so they will be here everyday. If they're not at school, then how can they learn Our school is located in the rural Mississippi Delta. We are a Title I school where 100% of our students receive free lunches.

My Project

The materials that I am requesting will be used to provide a clean and safe environment for these students to learn in. By making sure that everything is cleaned and sanitized daily, we can ensure that our children are healthy and we are minimizing the number of germs that are spread. In return, students will be at school learning rather than at home fighting an illness.

Unfortunately, we are not provided with the necessary supplies needed to fight germs and the responsibility falls on the parents and myself.

Making sure that we are stocked with the necessary supplies can become very costly. Your donation and support in this matter will be greatly appreciated. By making this contribution you are helping us keep our children healthy and in school learning and excelling just as they should be.
