it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students internalize STEAM concepts when they are engaged in investigation, discussion, and exploration. The hand magnifiers will be used to closely make observations and take notes in their Science notebooks. These notes are used to collaborate, and make improvements to their engineering projects. The more they can observe and annotate in detail (color, size, and texture), the better their test and research conclusions. The flexible seating allows students to move into groups, and have discussions without the burden of a heavy iron chair. It supports them in staying focused as well.
