We have enjoyed using Generation Genius in the classroom during the 2021-22 school year. It has allowed us to cover standards that we have not been able to get to before. It has everything I need in one place and is hands-on learning.
The lessons in are aligned to NGSS standards or the state standards, whichever you choose.
Lesson plans, objectives, activities, video lessons, review activities, and assessments are included for each standard. The kids love the projects and I love having everything at my fingertips. We would love the opportunity to have Generation Genius again in the classroom during the 2022-23 school year.
This past year we tried several experiments that needed us to crush various substances into a powdery form to use. The coffee grinder is just what we need to make this process quicker so we can get on to our experiments. Learning how to use a mortar and pestle was great, but we really could make the process quicker in the future.
