General Employability Skills Student Support Package!
Help me give my students supplies for learning about the job market (I'm teaching Employability Skills) and materials for their in-class activities. Snacks are also on the list for incentives and pick-me-ups toward the end of the day!

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Paper reams are needed at the school and printer ink is not covered by Austin Independent School District budget so both of these items are on the list. I am requesting these items to enhance student engagement with the material in the curriculum.
We will be learning how to get into the job market, participate in a job interview, create a resume, and many criteria associated with career track education.
My students are all special education candidates receiving curated services for their individual learning needs.
My goal for this project as a first-year full time teacher is to create an environment where students feel heard, supported, and encouraged to achieve and even exceed their personal aspirations.
