My Project
Compression shirts provide essential benefits for student-athletes. They support muscles during intense activity, improve circulation for faster recovery, and help prevent injuries by keeping the body warm and stable. These shirts also wick away sweat, keeping athletes dry and comfortable while regulating body temperature. As a base layer, they reduce chafing and skin irritation from uniforms and gear. Beyond physical benefits, matching compression shirts promote team unity, boost confidence, and give student-athletes a more professional, game-ready appearance — all of which contribute to improved performance and morale.
