Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Access to quality sports equipment like soccer balls, basketballs, and juggling gear is essential for 3rd graders’ physical, cognitive, and social development. At this age, students are developing coordination, teamwork, and focus—skills that are best nurtured through active play. Soccer and basketball encourage movement, communication, and healthy competition, while juggling offers unique benefits such as improved hand-eye coordination, concentration, and bilateral brain activity. Juggling is also a fun, low-pressure way for students to build confidence and persistence as they practice and improve. With the right equipment, students are more engaged, active, and motivated to participate, making recess, P.E., and classroom movement breaks more meaningful and impactful.
