Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project aims to enhance my physical education classes by providing students with a variety of hands-on equipment that supports strength, agility, coordination, and overall fitness. With 4 balance boards, 2 push-up boards, 15 jump ropes, 3 pedal exercisers, 4 agility ladders, 2 ab roller wheels, exercise posters, 3 packs of hand-eye coordination agility balls, and 10 yoga mats, students will have access to diverse and engaging fitness tools.

These resources will allow us to run small-group stations, encourage active participation, and meet the needs of students at different fitness levels.

From balance and core strength to cardio and flexibility, this equipment will help create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment where students build confidence, develop lifelong fitness skills, and stay motivated to move.
