My Project
My students need the basics to help them have a successful year of school. Many of my students come from families that live below the poverty line. Sometime it comses down to choosing food or other things. Not having supplies but undo stress on little shoulders.
Help start these students on the right path. Basic items like; crayons, glue, scissors, a backpack, and pencils seem simple but they are used everyday to help impart essential knowledge. Students who have tools at hand, especially tools that look like their classmates, show a willingness to participate and even an excitement about learning.
