My Project

If my project is fully funded, students will be given a hands-on opportunity to observe and learn about the brain. The sheep's brain is the closest replica to a human brain.

Students in my class learn about the human brain for 3 years.

In their 5th grade year we wrap up what we've learned about Growth Mindset, Multiple Intelligences and how we all learn differently, and the structure and functions of the brain. This is their favorite culminating activity and experience! Unfortunately, our program doesn't have the funds to purchase the sheep brains this school year.
