Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Breaks and lunch times in our library are packed with 90 kids or more. Now that winter is here, we need new, fun, and creative ways to keep our students entertained and off their phones.
Unfortunately, our puzzles are missing pieces and so are our games.
The kids enjoyed them so much until pieces started disappearing.
It's so fun to see them working and playing together, enjoying something other than sharing and watching videos on their phones. They're always excited and proud when they finish a puzzle! (I love taking pictures of the completed puzzles when they're done!) I'm hoping to give them new ways to have fun together and keep the winter blues away.
