This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are only 4 and 5 years old and research shows that young learners grow the most through play! This project will fill our classroom with fun and engaging alphabet games and activities.

Students will practice letter names and sounds through classic games like memory, go fish, and slap jack!

Instead of rote learning, they will get to interact with peers and practice social skills as they work! They will match lower and uppercase letters on a popsicle puzzle and practice beginning sounds with realia!

Help make our TK and Kindergarten class the most FUN place to be!
