Games Grow Brains!

My students need a collection of 13 games and puzzles, including a US Map Puzzle, Boggle Jr., Addition/Subtraction Quizmo, a Readers Theatre Grade 1 set and a Monet Water Lilies Jigsaw Puzzle.

I teach at a charter school in a very low income district of New York. My students work hard and deserve every advantage we can give them.

My students love to play games- like "Memory" and "Bingo" made by me out of construction paper. So imagine the enthusiasm they will have for learning with these real games! Games are great because students not only learn language and math skills, they also learn something just as important- cooperation and conflict resolution.

These games will get my students excited to play, learn, and practice new skills. They will be counting, adding, reading, and acting out plays together, helping them build knowledge and social skills.

Your help will provide my students with games, puzzles, and plays for learning and practice of critical skills!
