My Students
My wonderful 4th-grade students come from very diverse backgrounds. The one thing they have in common is their joy for learning. They are eager to learn and look for ways to do stay engaged. My students are curious about the world and want to learn more.
My students face many challenges while learning from home.
They need hands on math and reading activities to help them grow. There are so many different learning styles. It is important to support all of these in an effort to reach those struggling students.
My Project
These materials will help my students learn while at home. They will get to practice the skills taught online by playing games at home.
The literacy games will help support reading and comprhension skills through play.
My students will be able to play at home and practice their reading skills taught through remote learning.
The take home math games will support the students through play as well. These math games reinforce the skills taught online. They will be able to use these games for hands on learning fun. Other children in the family can also benefit from playing the games with them.
