Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The items I am requesting will make a significant difference in my students' learning as they offer a fun way to engage with educational content. These games and materials can be tailored to meet individual student needs while also promoting play-based learning.
My primary objective for this project is to gather and develop new games that align with our curriculum.
With recent changes in the reading curriculum, I've noticed that many of the existing games do not align with the current science of reading principles. Therefore, acquiring these resources will streamline my teaching methods and ensure alignment with updated standards.
My students, who are beginning learners in kindergarten, thrive when presented with hands-on learning opportunities. Integrating these games into our classroom environment will provide them with optimal learning experiences tailored to their needs and abilities.
