Game Based Classrooms Make Kids HAPPY!

Help me give my students the most enjoyable learning experience through a classroom full of games! I would LOVE to be able to reach children through a game based learning classroom and this is a great start.

My Students

I am the most blessed person that I know, namely due to my incredible, loving students. I have the honor of teaching English Language Learning students. The vast majority of my students are Marshallese. These students have such a beautiful culture and kind mindset, that it makes each day so fun.

My students teach me their culture and language, while I get to teach them mathematics and the English language.

Our classroom is one of my favorite places to be!

My Project

When we focus on making education fun and interesting, we are able to help impact their lives on more than just an educational level! We can reach more kids when they are excited to learn. This project is to help my classroom become a more enjoyable place to be.

My main focus as a teacher is to create an environment where students feel loved and where they are encouraged to learn through playing.

These materials will be used to help purchase game based learning opportunities in my classroom. I will be purchasing materials that will help students learn math skills while also collaborating with their peers. When students are allowed to laugh and play competitively, they are much more motivated to learn the material. Through game based learning, including game based projects, we can increase their intrinsic motivation to become life long learners!
