My students need a laminator, pencil sharpener, paper trimmer, and hole punch to help with their small group learning games. These supplies will help make efficient long lasting games.

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I have a wonderful group of second grade students. They are all eager and excited to learn. I have a very diverse classroom environment that makes all of my students feel safe and welcomed. I couldn't have asked for a better group of students for this upcoming school year.

I am excited for my students to set their learning goals and can't wait for them to be able to achieve them.

I have a wide range of students who come from all different backgrounds and each of their stories is unique which plays a factor in their learning. I run my classroom as if we are a family, we support each others learning and it is a very positive environment.

My Project

I am requesting supplies to help make my classroom more efficient. I teach mostly small group rather than whole group. I make my own math and literacy games to help promote learning in my classroom. I am asking for a laminator to laminate the games that I make so they will last longer for students to use. I am also asking for a paper chopper so I can quickly cut out the game pieces. I am also asking for a pencil sharpener and a hole punch.

Students have data binders that they keep all of their work in to show their progress.

A hole punch will help for students to add their work to their binder quickly and independently. Lastly I am asking for a pencil sharpener. The pencil sharpener I am asking for can be replaced if it goes out. We currently do not have any of these supplies in our classroom. I greatly appreciate your consideration in sponsoring this project.
