Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I love my students. So many of them are in the awkward/scary chapter of their life and it is so fun helping them navigate through that. My science lab has a galaxy theme already. The problem is I have no windows.
I plan on adding these light covers to increase the room's atmosphere.
I know many of my students won't have the opportunity to travel outside the state and much less their own town. I want my room to be that "out of this world" experience. I want my students to not feel inside a box and to realize science isn't always done in a lab.
