Future-Ready Sound/Visuals: Bringing Our School Community Together Through Technology

Help me give my students the STEM technology they need—a PA system, projector, and large screen—so all students can fully see, hear, and participate in our school-wide events.

My Project

Our students are curious, energetic learners who love sharing their voices and being part of a strong school community. They take pride in presenting their work, celebrating classmates, and participating in school-wide moments that bring everyone together. These experiences help them grow as confident communicators and collaborators. However, during assemblies and community events, many students have trouble seeing or hearing because our current equipment is outdated. This means some students miss meaningful moments that are meant to include everyone.

Every student deserves to feel seen, heard, and connected.

To make that possible, we are requesting a portable PA system, a high-quality projector, and a large projector screen so our entire school can gather in one space with clear sound and visuals. This technology will transform how students experience assemblies, digital presentations, music performances, STEM celebrations, and family events. It will also support STEM learning by giving students hands-on experience with audio and visual tools they will encounter in the real world. With modern equipment that reaches every corner of the room, all students—including English learners, students with sensory needs, and those seated farther away—will be able to fully participate and engage.

Your support will help us create a more inclusive and future-ready learning environment. A reliable sound and projection system will make school-wide events more meaningful, strengthen our sense of community, and help students communicate with confidence.
