Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
We have around 900 students at our school. Most all them have free lunch.
They have many basic needs as coats for winter or food for the weekends even thought they love to learn they have a lot of needs as well as lot of dreams.
They just need somebody to support them through their journey of learning.
Different activities are very important tool to develop their creativity at their own pace.
They need the opportunity to explore and become more knowledgeable at their age, and to be able to have an opportunity to learn more.
My Project
The children need to learn in different fun ways to get engage and learn.
They have been through the Hurricane Harvey and a lot of them lost their homes and the school is the safest place where they have a positive environment of discovery and safety.
They love to learn and are ready to become our future leaders, I believe in them and I inspire them to grow, learn, and share.
They help each other and they help the community as well, even in disaster they try to help others, they deserve to have a brighter future.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
