My Project
When a class has 25-30 music makers all working without headphones, their success is largely dependent on how effectively they can tune out their peers. By helping our students get a class set of good quality headphones, we empower them to dial into their creativity during audio production and practice time.
We are seeking a class set (30) of headphones and 1/4 adapters for use in our Piano/Audio Production Classroom.
These headphones will make it possible for our learners to hear themselves work, think, share with their classmates, and collaborate as they apply their classroom skills to tell their stories with music.
I have had the privilege of watching my elementary and middle school students grow in their musicianship as they craft original instrumental compositions and produce high quality music for the last few years. They are flourishing in their creativity despite having to rise above the buzz of their peers working around them. If every student has a high quality set of headphones, I’m confident that they will reach even greater heights!
