My Project
My students need these resources to create and publish their books. Topics that will be explored range from STEM and science fiction to autobiographies. Skills in reading, writing, editing, and fine motor skills will be strengthened as the students create books on our quarterly units on Egypt, Mexico, the human brain, and learning about self.
Being able to creatively express themselves will enable my students to broaden academically, as well as foster their social-emotional growth.
Giving these students a positive outlet for their emotions will also promote ownership and a deeper understanding of how books are created and published. This exposure to future career options will be invaluable!
