My Project

In our program we love to find ways for our students to be creative. It not only helps them create things they are proud of but it gives them confidence and calms them. When our students are struggling with mental health it helps us to let them do artistic activities that help them to show their emotions, especially when they cannot find the words. A lot of times letting them express themselves through art helps them to calm and be able to explain how they are feeling or what they are going through.
