My students need Current Health magazines, Scientific Inquiry and Water Cycle whiteboard activities, CD's, Nonfiction Environment books and a Reduce, Reuse & Recycle Activity Kit.
My students need to learn the value of perseverance through recycling and hands on activities. Also, books will help them learn ways to help the earth and wildlife from going extinct.
My students are 3rd Grade struggling readers from many countries around the world including Africa.
Many of my students are unable of the imprint we leave on the earth when we do not recycle. They need to learn more to make an impact at home and in the future. Also, they need to learn about endangered animals and ways to help!
My Project
I am requesting materials to help my students learn how they can help make the earth a better and healthier place to live. Also, the materials will help teach my students how to grow plants and recycle. Finally, the read about what others have done to help the environment along with ways to help animals that are close to extinction.
