My Project
My students are eager to learn and working hard this 24-25 school year learning through hands-on experiences in sensory, fine motor, gross motor, and technology. My students enjoy STEM education, and I would love to enhance their STEM education through Osmo educational programs. Osmo not only allows students to develop their fine motor skills but also their ELA, Math, and STEM skills. 21st century learners need access to technology that will be meaningful and adjusted to their level of learning.
In TK, students learn through hands-on play-based learning, so Osmo programs would be a great way to introduce more technology to my students as they will be using manipulatives and technology to learn Math and ELA concepts geared towards their specific learning targets.
My students would be set up for success with technology in future grade levels as they would be exposed to it at an early age. Motivation is key when working with technology, and Osmo programming is highly motivating and engaging for young learners. The programs are so much fun that the students forget that they are also learning important Math and ELA concepts while engaging in a digital program promoting STEM and specific learning targets.
