My Students
My students are from a rural farming community where effort and willingness to work hard are abundant, but resources are not. I love to see my students learn and be excited about it! We do not have the best technology or the newest materials, but we have so much fun learning and exploring together. I believe my students' greatest strength is their ability to make what they've been given "enough", but I want to provide them with more. Thanks for your help!
My Project
A clean erase whiteboard will give us another spot to record and present information during daily whole group lessons. This will be a place where students can come up and work problems, share ideas, and find helpful or encouraging notes from the teacher! Currently, we do not have a great place to do this as it does not erase well and we find it simpler to just use chart paper. However, we end up going through a lot of paper this way and it eats up precious minutes that could be devoted to more important things! Thanks for considering donating!!!
