Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our students have many struggles which affects their learning. We are a Title I school and most of our students live below the poverty line and are below grade level. I would like to provide some fun and education games they can enjoy at school which would not be affordably at home. I feel that providing some fun educational activities will help with academic learning as well as social-emotional learning.
I plan to have my students collaborate with each other to build and create imaginative structures and complete puzzles.
These games and activities will help my students gain confidence as they develop problem solving skills, social skills, and foster creative thinking.
