Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students come to school every day ready to learn and explore new concepts. My students need funny and engaging texts to learn about punctuation and grammar! My students need books such as Punctation Tales, How Much Can a Bare Bear Bear?: What Are Homonyms and Homophones?, and Breezier, Cheesier, Newest, and Bluest: What Are Comparatives and Superlatives? to learn about the importance of punctation and grammar in their reading and writing. My students love comics and humor so these books will be prefect to keep them engaged during small-group instruction.

Your donation will help bring humor and joy into our punctuation and grammar activities!

After we read the book together, students can be read the text with their classmates. My EL students will be completing a narrative wiring assignment. These texts will help add sensory details to their work.Thank you for your support!
