My Students
My students are eager to learn but unfortunately, they do not have the full support to be able to thrive. They go through dramatic events both at home and school but they are special in their own way.
Another reason for the DonorsChoose list is to ensure that my students get all the extra help they need with math.
My Project
These materials will help me in teaching math better. As a second year teacher, it would be great to have different tools to assist in learning math in a more fun way. I now know some different things that I can do with my students that will help in making sure they perform better.
I was a huge lover of math and I truly believe it was because of how much my teacher helped and used manipulatives to help more.
I want nothing less than to encourage my students to improve on their studies, including math.
