Fun With Fluency & Word Families

Help me give my students two sets of books to target word families and fluency!

My Project

My students are passionate and focused. They enjoy reading centers, and these books will increase their accessibility to fluency readers and word family readers during those times.

Fluency and phonics are important building blocks to reading.

The word family reading set of books allows students to build a deeper understanding of sound manipulation. They connect sounds with specific letter formations to improve their fluency. Fluency is extremely important as it directly impacts reading comprehension. Fluent readers are more successful with various comprehension strategies.

The word family book set and fluency book set will be incredibly helpful and engaging resources for my students.
