Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This much-needed easel will allow and encourage my students to practice their fine motor skills. The sticky pads will also help students as they practice writing and drawing on the easel, they will strengthen the small muscles in their hands. The easel will also double as a magnetic board, allowing students to manipulate magnetic letters to build their name and their friends' names. They can also use storyboard magnets to retell a story.
This easel will give my students regular access to a white/magnetic board to use with their classmates to help encourage and promote literacy skills.
