Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As the Department Chairperson for The Health and Physical Education department, I am always trying to find fun activities for outside. Walking the track does not always entice the students. We thought it would be a great idea to have different stations of games. Disc Golf is not difficult. It is fun to play. It offers friendly competition while allowing the students to be physically active.
We would love a Disc Golf set for outdoor fun!
We plan on creating tournaments between classes and grade levels. This game keeps them on their feet and working their arms, all while being social and getting some sunshine!
