My Project
I teach fourth-grade immigrant students from various countries. My students speak many different languages, and our school is diverse and multicultural. With your help, I would like to purchase animal erasers and other miniature items that serve as "desk pets". Each week, students can earn a desk pet by following school and classroom expectations. When they follow expectations, like transitioning quickly and quietly, giving their best effort on work, and walking calmly in the hallways, they will earn Dojo points. At the end of the week, they can use their points to buy a desk pet!
With the project, I plan to implement an engaging behavior management system in my classroom.
