Fun With Desk Pets!

Help me give my students an incentive to encourage positive behavior all year long!

My Project

I teach some of the most dedicated, kind, and resilient 3rd grade students. I have noticed more and more each year, that my students need more reminders to remain focused and on task.

Even adults need a little bit of motivation sometimes!

With your help, I would like to purchase Disney Dooorables and other miniature items that will serve as "desk pets". Each week students have the opportunity to earn a desk pet or accessory for their pet by following school and classroom expectations. When they follow expectations, like transitioning quickly and quietly, giving their best effort on work, and walking calmly in the hallways. They will earn points through Kickboard and at the end of the week they can use their points to buy desk pets and accessories! I hope this will help to implement an engaging behavior management system in my classroom.
