This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project involves acquiring outdoor games for team-building activities, which will foster stronger relationships, unite our high school students, and significantly enhance learning in several key ways:

Social Emotional Growth: Students learn to work together, resolve conflicts, and support one another, strengthening their interpersonal and leadership skills.

Team-building games foster collaboration, communication, and trust among students.

Improved Engagement and Motivation: These activities provide a break from the classroom, can help reduce stress and promote a sense of belonging. By participating in enjoyable interactive games, students are more likely to feel connected to their school community, increasing their motivation to attend and participate in academic activities.

Physical Health and Well-Being: Exposure to the outdoor environment during these activities supports mental health by reducing anxiety and stress. This can contribute to better focus and academic performance.
