This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are enthusiastic learners who actively engage in class and are always eager to explore new ideas. The majority of them come from low-income backgrounds, yet they show remarkable resilience and dedication to their education. For our upcoming project titled "Math in Day-to-Day Life," students will design their own posters to illustrate how math connects to real-world applications. This hands-on project will be timed, so a classroom timer is essential to help them manage their time effectively. To minimize distractions and keep students focused, we also need a cell phone locker to safely store their phones while they work.
