This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Math skills are often the stumbling block for many students.
Students often see math skills as a multiplication chart or drills that are to be done and not fun at all.
These Math games will be used to encourage students to use their number sense and knowledge while building relationships with their peers.
I want to make Math class more fun and so many of my kids need to learn to play games. I am always amazed how many don't know how to play a board game or use their number sense.
