This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students today are faced with learning an abundance of material at an accelerated pace. They are faced with challenges and are expected to perform at higher levels than ever before.

The equipment being requested will help students take a much needed break from the classroom during recess.

This will allow them to continue their learning throughout the school day and remain focused.

Overall, students are more successful academically when they are allowed to take breaks form learning indoors. Students need recess to allow for moments away from the fast pace of todays classroom!
