My Students
These students are like my children, I work with the same students year after year. It would be nice if I can make my classroom as inviting as our classroom conversations. My students come from families with many children. Most of them have several siblings. They come from families who struggle to make ends meet, but want the best for their children.
Each of my students has a unique story as to how they got to this country or how their parents immigrated to The United States to create a better life for them.
In my ESL classroom, I work with students of many cultures including Asian, Central American, African, and Middle Eastern. The students are all learning English and are in grades K-5.
My Project
My K-5 students will be able to continuously learn English in a more beneficial classroom environment. With tables and chairs that stack and are aesthetically pleasing. They will be able to sit in chairs that are not broken to learn English. We will work on Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking in grade level K-5 groups .
Students will come into a modern and clean environment for discussions with their classmates.
The tables and chairs will match and work properly. Students will not get distracted by chairs or tables that wobble. The colors of the tables and chairs will brighten their day to help them enjoy learning English every day.
