My Project
I am requesting support for my classroom, which will allow me to better meet the needs of my students and help them grow as learners. With the ever-increasing demands on educators, the resources in our classroom are often limited, and I’m seeking to provide some essential tools that will make a huge difference in my students’ daily learning experience.
The materials I’m requesting are:
A set of headphones: Many of my students are engaged in digital learning, such as listening to instructional videos, language learning apps, or interactive lessons. Headphones will allow students to focus on their work without distractions, and they will help ensure that each student can fully engage in these activities. Since we currently lack enough headphones, this resource will allow every student to have their own set for personal use. It will also support students with sensory needs or attention issues, providing them with a more focused and comfortable learning environment.
Basic classroom supplies (spiral notebooks, pens, and calming fidgets): These supplies are essential for creating a productive and organized classroom. The spiral notebooks will allow my students to make sketchnotes of learning. Pens are a must-have for writing tasks, ensuring that students are able to engage in daily written exercises and note-taking. Additionally, I am requesting calming fidgets for students who may benefit from sensory input to stay focused and calm during lessons. These fidgets will help students who have difficulty sitting still or focusing, creating a more inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Your support will not only provide my students with the tools they need to succeed academically but will also help create a more supportive classroom environment. These materials will allow students to focus on learning, stay organized, and manage sensory needs effectively, resulting in increased engagement and a positive classroom atmosphere.
