My Project
STEM toys will offer my third graders hands-on, engaging ways for children to explore science, technology, engineering, and mathematics concepts. They will help my class develop essential skills like problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity. STEM toys can spark curiosity and encourage children to experiment and discover how things work. This can lead to a deeper understanding of STEM subjects and potentially foster a lifelong love of learning. Effective storage is crucial for managing STEM toys and creating a conducive play environment. Organized toys are easier to find, leading to more enjoyable playtime and less frustration. Storage also helps children develop responsibility by teaching them to put things away. A well-organized collection can inspire creativity by making it easy to see and combine different toys. The flashlights will be used during reading on Fun Fridays as well as the dry erase table spots, my students will be able to write, draw and create on them.
