Fun Brain Breaks and Rewards! Basketball, Juggling, and More!

Help me give my students fun brain breaks and reward activities! In my classroom, we rotate through three activities each day. I break up these rotations with fun transitions to get students moving.

My Project

My Reading Focus class is designed to help students improve their reading level, their writing skills, and their word knowledge. To do that, students participate in three literacy stations each day.

I like to give students brain breaks and opportunities to move and have fun as we rotate through these learning stations.

We currently use a variety of brain breaks from David Sladskey's "Energizing Brain Breaks" as well as things that I come up with on my own.

Students love these activities, and if I forget, they remind me that it's time for a brain break!

With your help, I can take our brain breaks to a new level and work to engage reluctant learners through basketball, beanbag tossing, and more.

I try to make learning fun, and I appreciate your support!
