Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I will use these materials to create a more comfortable and engaging learning environment for my students. With flexible seating options, students will have the freedom to choose spaces that help them focus and feel at ease. The donated supplies will also support fun and interactive reading activities that spark a love of books and build strong literacy skills. Altogether, these changes will help reduce distractions and create a classroom space where all students can thrive academically and emotionally.
My students absolutely LOVE flashlight reading where they get to choose a spot in the room and read with their flashlights!
