This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our school is in need of some serious community building and family comradery. The past few years have been challenging, and our families have gone through a lot of hardships. Many have immigrated from countries like Cuba, Venezuela, Mexico, and places where things we take for granted are not always afforded to them.

So, with all is going on in this crazy world we live in, it is crucial that we continue to build our community culture and show our students the good things in our world.

This Family Game night will bring our community together. Games like bingo, board games, and outdoor activities will allow our students to connect with each other on a social level.
